Payment link

DEUNA Payment link

Payment Link is a solution designed for merchants to quickly and easily generate payment links, either to share via URL or integrate into an app or button.

By accessing the link, the user enters a payment widget hosted by DEUNA where they can review their order and securely complete payment.

DEUNA's Payment Link offers:

  • Payment Methods: Define which payment methods you want to make available in your Payment Link: credit and debit cards, as well as APMs such as OXXO, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
  • Module Customization: Select the components you want to include in the checkout flow (user information, billing data, registered users, etc.).
  • Custom Redirects: Define destination URLs for success, error, pending, closure, or fallback cases.
  • Style customization: Adapt your logo, color palette, and language to reflect your brand identity.

Generate a Payment Link

There are two ways to generate a Payment Link:

  • Payment link via API
  • Payment link in the DEUNA Admin

📘

DEUNA Payment Links are 100% white-label and can be customized to match your look and feel.

Customization

The DEUNA Payment Link allows for customizations, such as including the merchant's logo and changing the colors of the style bar and buttons.

Security

Payment links adhere to the following security features:

OTP

Sending OTPs is done according to certain criteria and is not always necessary.

Users can complete purchases through Payment Link as guests, without being registered in the DEUNA network. However, a guest user cannot access card information stored in the system.

Expired links

If a user attempts to access a payment link that has expired, an error screen is displayed with clear instructions on how to proceed.

Modification of amounts

It is not possible to modify the amount to be paid within the DEUNA Payment Link.

Any changes to the amount must be made in the corresponding section of the e-commerce site, generating a new payment link.
