PIX does not use a separate merchant-facing webhook contract in DEUNA. Its delayed payment results follow the same asynchronous status-processing model as other supported payment methods.

This route remains available for existing links. Use the canonical Webhooks guide for the supported processing model and PIX Asaas for the payment-method integration.

Handle a PIX result#

  1. Preserve the order token and transaction identifiers returned when the PIX payment starts.
  2. Treat a pending or processing response as unresolved.
  3. Wait for DEUNA to process the provider status change.
  4. Retrieve the original order or payment and act only on its documented final state.

Do not implement against the provider payload samples or customer-specific receiver URLs that previously appeared on this page. They are not a public merchant notification contract.
