This endpoint creates a new subscription from a first charge that was already made and approved. The merchant first charges the first period using the customer's tokenized card, then creates the subscription referencing the order_token of that charge and the card_id used. This endpoint does not perform any charge itself - it only validates the payment already made and activates the subscription.
